What are vibrational essences?

They are a form of vibrational energy, the "energetic pattern" or "life-force" of the source of the essence. They are held in a water and brandy solution. Vibrational healing is an ancient method of using frequency to bring people into wholeness in their mind, body and spirit. Vibrational essences create the circumstances for a person to heal themselves by coming into harmony or "resonance" with a healing frequency. They act as a catalyst for our own energies which may be out of alignment for various reasons. This "reshapes" us on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of our being. They work at the level of the "subtle" bodies of the person, the physical being just the densest of the energies of which we are made.

The essences are gentle and subtle in their effects, yet can work in a powerful way. They are safe to use, and do not have any harmful effects. They can be used on their own, or with other remedies. They also work very well with a range of therapies, and can complement a particular process. Although the essences do not claim to treat disease, they can work alongside conventional treatment.

Song of the Sky Essences

Song of the Sky essences follow on from the work of Dr Bach in the 1930's and the traditional flower remedies. They are made by me, based on flowers, trees and other energy sources. They work at the higher frequencies which are now affecting our world. They go to the heart of what is needed, to the most important issue, instead of "peeling the onion". In this way, deep change can result from the use of one or a few essences. However, their effects may be subtle, and it is sometimes only when we look back that we are aware of the changes.

Each essence works at various levels and for various issues, so the description about an essence varies from the practical to the more spiritual. In considering the description about an essence, only part or even just a word may be relevant at any given time and not the whole description. Some essences have one or more "key words", which carry their own vibration, and are not just descriptive of what the essence does, some have a vibrational name.

Taking and Using essences

Essences can be taken directly from the bottle, a few drops under the tongue or in a glass of water twice daily, or as required. They can also be used in the bath and in room sprays. They may need to be taken once or several times, either individually, several together or in a particular order over a period of time.

The essences can also be used to treat and clear places, for example, of "stuck" or difficult energies.

Essence consultations

Although essences are ideal for self-help, in a consultation we would go more deeply into a question to see what may be required and why. You may have a particular issue or want to work on moving forward on your journey. Consultations offer profound healing and personal growth. As well as the essences, I use other energy modalities such as Touch for Health, healing, angel work and medicine wheels. I also work with "place healing" such as clearing a person's house of stuck energies, like an energy spring clean! This can be done at a distance or I can come to you. There are different possibilities for what a consultation might cover, so please ask.

Consultations are in person or by phone (people can be "attuned" to at a distance without us meeting). I make up an individual 30ml "dosage" dropper bottle of essences for you.
