Perception. For shifting perception – for seeing into the deep and seeing what is there without fear. For new perceptions – helps cast a new eye on things. For clearing outstanding issues from past lives. For surrendering to something we cannot yet see and do not know the meaning of but which we know will give us deep reconnections.

Background to the essence Brown Kelp

This essence was made with brown kelp seaweed from the sea outside Pagham harbour in West Sussex. I took the kelp and some seawater in a container which just happened to be nearby, and so this is a real "sea" essence. I made it, using the seawater, by leaving it in the moonlight and then in the sunlight in my garden over the following night and day.

I'm shattered - now I know the feel of that phrase

Nothing can get through - now I can feel the brain's haze
and its fogs

God, this is deep.
But in the deep reconnections are made in my whole
