Essences and Essence set
for the book

I have created essences specifically for a book by Lea Cowin called "Not All Frogs Are Green", as part of the resources to be used with it. Each essence relates to a chapter of the book and can be used whilst working with that chapter or as a stand-alone support. Each has a name, given by Lea, relating to the relevant chapter and each carries the energy of its chapter. They can be used for accessing the words and images of the book more deeply and can clear old energies or bring in new ones as needed. There is no requirement to have the book to use these essences (and vice versa). Each may be an adventure by itself.

There are 22 essences, available as a set or individually. They are in 10ml amber dropper bottles, and the full set of 22 comes in two presentation boxes, each holding 11 bottles. The neat portable boxes are sturdy dark green leatherette-covered cardboard with hinged lids and the essences are held by integral dividers.
